Beijing Nandawanhua Precision Cold-Rolled Steel Strips Co., Ltd. Is a joint-stock enterprises, specializing in the production of precision cold-rolled thin strips, which is founded in early 1998, covers an area of 80, 000 square meters, with four sets of 650mm cold rolling mills. Among those are, two sets of HGC four-high cold rolling mills, two sets of Roll-down six electric reversible cold rolling unit; 400mm and 450mm Reversible rolling mill group separately one set; 900mm reversible rolling mill three groups, 1050mm reversible rolling mill one set, 650mm Tension Leveling Units two sets; 1050mm Tension Leveling unit one set; Four sets of slitting unit; 540mm cross-cut unit one set; 1000mm cross-cut unit one set, 1300mm slitting unit one set, Bell-type gas-protection annealing furnace 30 sets, with an annual output of 100, 000 tons of cold-rolled strip steel.
The company have employees 280 people, among those are 4 engineers, 1 accountant, 2 Assistant Engineers, 1 Assistant Human Resources director, and the related technicians and we have set up a quality control and inspection department to ensure the good production and the testing and inspection services in the right order and keep a steady improvement of the product quality.
The cold-rolled steel strips we produce range to the maximum width of 1010mm, the minimum thickness of 0.08mm, accuracy is higher than the national standard. In addition, our company not only can offer cold-rolled steel coils, but also can make open-flat cross-cut to provide users with a good shaped sheets, with the largest width of 1010mm. The products are mainly used in packaging, light industry, construction industries, and sold in more than a dozen provinces and cities, seizing a good reputation for the quality of our products from the users. The main raw materials, are used from ANSHAN Iron and Steel, BENXI Iron and Steel, TAIYUAN Iron and Steel Ling, JIANLONG hot-rolling steel and another part of hot strips from the TANGSHAN Iron and Steel. The basic standpoint we are seeking for is the perfect demand of our customers' and a close cooperation with our business partners.
