Founded in 2002, Anshan Kaitian Chemicals Company Ltd. is a privately owned enterprise. It is located in the Teng'ao Economic Development Zone of Anshan, Liaoning, with Dalian Airport, Dalian Port and Yingkou Port in the south and Shenyang Taoxian Airport in the north.
