Baoding Xinsheng Cooling Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "BTCC") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baoding Tianwei Baobian Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "BTW"), which is a member of China South Industries Group Corporation. Its predecessor is Baoding Tada Cooling Equipment Co., Ltd. Established in January 2001, which is jointly invested and established by Baoding Tianwei Group, Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Tada Electric Co., Ltd., and Mitsubishi Electric (China) Co., Ltd. In June 2019, Baobian Electric fulfilled the entire equity acquisition and was renamed Baoding Xinsheng Cooling Equipment Co., Ltd., becoming a fully state-owned enterprise.

Located at No. 109, Chuangye Road, High-tech Zone, Baoding, BTCC covers an area of 52mu, with a construction area of about 15, 000m2 and 131 employees. BTCC mainly provides cooling equipment for transformers, generators and motors, and the main products include radiators, forced-air coolers, water coolers, air coolers and hydrogen coolers. It is a high-tech enterprise and SRDI enterprise recognized by the state. Since its establishment, BTCC takes the leading position in China in terms of the comprehensive technical level through years of digestion, absorption and R&D innovation on the basis of the technologies from Tada Electric Co., Ltd. By virtue of excellent product quality and high-quality after-sales service, BTCC has become a qualified supplier of many well-known national and international enterprises. BTCC is also the first batch of qualified units in China to provide products and services in the field of nuclear power. With good market reputation at home and abroad, the products have been widely used in major power construction projects in China such as nuclear power, hydropower, UHV transmission and transformation projects, and exported to Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia and the United States etc.

The plate radiator is suitable for cooling medium of transformer, with the characteristics of low energy consumption, no maintenance and low noise, etc. The plate spacing of 40mm and 45mm is optional, and the plate width of 460mm and 520mm is optional. The reasonable design of plate spacing and plate width improves the cooling performance of the product. The cooling fins are made by continuous stamping and molding. The forced-air cooler works in light of the heat conduction technology of forced cooling medium, and is manufactured with radiator fins and steel pipe expansion technology. It is improved with the low-noise technology, with the characteristics of compact structure, good air-tightness, low pressure loss of oil circuit, big cooling area of fins and low noise. With the leading technologies in China, it has been widely used in various occasions such as power stations, transformer stations and nuclear power stations etc. Both at home and abroad. The water cooling system is a composite structure centered on the main body of the duplex tubular water cooler, with the characteristics of simple installation and construction and easy maintenance and repair. The water cooler has the function of anti-blocking and sand discharge, and the duplex tubular structure is capable of detecting the leakage to improve the running safety. The product with high reliability is more suitable for underground substations, power stations and other places with high cooling water pressure.
