Co.,Ltd is joint venture invested by Baosteel Group, Nanjing Development Corporation, Nissho Lwai Corporation and Kobe Steel Ltd, Japan.Total invest-ment of the 1st plan of this project is USD 13,650,000, annual production capacity-25,000 metric tons wire products (including Cold Heading Wire and Spring Wire). Our company had finished engineering construction at the end of 2000, and entered into production in the first half year of 2001. Our company lies in Nanjing Economic & Technical Development Zone, adjoining of Xinshengwei Port, Baoxin Railway, Yangtze Bridge II and Belt Highway of Nanjing City, the transportation is very convenient. Our company imported Wire Drawing Machines from Germany and the STC Furnace from Japan, with the wire rod from Baosteel and Japan as raw material, the advanced Japanese technology of pickling, phosphatizing,heat treatment and wire drawing as the back-bone, the complete testing instrument as quality guarantee, our company can produce kinds of high quality cold heading and spring wire for fastener of machines and automobile industry. The high quality, top grade wire can take place of the same wires, which had only been imported abroad formerly.
