Renda has a plant area of 90, 000 square meters, boasting its superior and strong productivity in sheet metal manufacturing, machining, painting, assembly and wiring with advanced world-class level Amada CNC machining centers, large welding centers, 3 automatic spray-coating lines and other advanced processing and testing equipments.
Renda's engineering fast responds to the sample trail and volume production. At present, Renda owns more than 60 industrial sheet metal process engineers, 90% of whom have over 5 years work experiences in sheet metal design and manufacturing, to follow up and solve the problems efficiently and quickly in the whole process form the new products introduction(NPI) to volume production. In order to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the technical data of suppliers and Renda, we also brought in APP and PDM drawings management software.
We have adopted ERP system, International quality management system and HES management system and built modern management system. And our products and services are well-recognized in the market at home and abroad.
