Taizhou Chuang-nuo Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., founded in July 2014, the factory is located in the beautiful Zhejiang Province, coastal small county town San-men County, San-men County is close to Tian-tai Mountain in the west, San-men Bay in the east, Ningbo City in the north, and ancient city Lin-hai in the south. San-men County has a strong cultural heritage, dating back to the Qin and Han dynasties and has faced natural and man-made disasters such as typhoons and pirates since ancient times, so San-men people have faced the challenges of life with a serious attitude of not admitting defeat since ancient times.

In 2009, by chance, Mr. Bao, the founder of Chuang-nuo Company, joined the production of tight stirrup parts factory established by his relatives, and gradually took over procurement, field outsourcing and production management from the beginning of business work. After joining the company for half a year, the factory assigned Mr. Bao to learn, and participate in the research and development of fastener products and production processes of the seat production plant belonging to China FAW Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as FAW), and directly connected with FAW engineers.

, FAW has very high requirements for the manufacturing process, including production discipline, efficiency and quality, etc., because most of the products are non-standard, and there are no determined parameters from the material grade, size data, quality hardness and surface treatment, and need to cooperate with the development and running-in test. But Mr. Bao is a Christian, faith gives strength, so that Mr. Bao can adjust from a negative state to a struggle to cheer up, have the motivation to continue to think repeatedly about the design process, production plan, production samples, and then with the innate unyielding, uncompromising nature, after six months of process, finally developed successfully, the series of products were finally finalized and sealed, reached the ideal state and widely used in FAW Car's various models of seats (Mazda, Bestune, Audi, Toyota, etc. ).

The history of Chuang-nuo is as follows:

In 2014, Mr. Bao and his wife founded Chuang-nuo, and they started from scratch, purchasing equipment and renting factory buildings to receive orders for production. Although there were not many initial orders, the product quality was affirmed and praised by customers, and the number of customers gradually accumulated.

In 2016, Mr. Bao realized that the equipment needs to be constantly updated to keep up with customer needs and upgrade the grade of products, so Mr. Bao made a painstaking decision, eliminated all equipment that could not be upgraded, and purchased high-end precision equipment, and learned high technology.

From 2016 to 2019, Mr. Bao completed the transformation of Chuang-nuo, improving production efficiency and leapfrogging quality. From the initial series of clamping parts, it gradually extended to the development and production of precision parts.

In 2020, Chuang-nuo received a development order for a precision parts product in FAW Car's gearbox, the material of the product is manganese steel, which has high hardness and poor shaping. While considering the molding, it is necessary to ensure that the toughness of the material does not deteriorate, the whole is consistent, and there can be no dark damage. Chuang-nuo overcame various difficulties, lasted one year and four months, repeatedly changed the process to modify the machine, and finally fully developed and qualified, batch supply.

In 2022, Chuang-nuo's products have been widely supplied to Shanghai General Motors, BMW Brilliance, FAW Automobile, various household appliances, machinery and equipment and other parts.
