Dandong Fengneng Industrial Ability Co., Ltd (hereafter abbr. As DFN INC) is located in the "5-point-1-line" coastal economic development zone, Donggang city, and Liaoning province, which is a huge-size company which is specialized in ring-forging manufacturing. DFN INC is near to the national nature protection zone at the mouth of the Yalu river, and it is 3 kilometers far away from Donggang downtown, 30kilometers from Dandong downtown, 15 kilometers from Dandong civil aviation airport, and near to Shendan & Danda high way, which owns quite convenient traffic vantage of rail way, road, sea way and aviation etc.

DFN INC has 0.1 billion Yuan registered capital, and has invested 0.6 billion Yuan at current moment. The CEO of DFN, Mr. Xu Dongfu who has worked abroad for long time and been full of experience in foreign trading, holds 60% of the shares. DFN totally covers 0.2 million square meters, owns 120 sets of advanced and top ranking equipments like 4.5M, 7M heavy NC ring rolling mill and 3000T, 6000T press mill which are imported from Germany and Korea, meanwhile, excellent physicochemical lab with accurate equipments is equipped, which is the most advanced technology, the biggest capacity and the most perfect project. It can produce forged ring pieces with 7M diameter, 1.2M height and 25T weight. Using control system of microcomputer and electronical control system of Siemens to perform real time monitoring on product forming during production process, which takes the leading position in the same industry in China. The technical consultants and experts from German Wsagner and Korean Kaltek researching and developing new product jointly provide technical supports and consultations all the year. Meanwhile, DFN has also gained the provincial finance support.

The products of DFN can be widely applied to many fields like wind power, ship building, metallurgy, port, mine, pressure vessel, military aviation and engineering machinery etc. DFN is capable to produce 120000~150000 tons huge ring forgings and free forgings per year. DFN devotes to build up world leading huge R&D, production base for big forging.
DFN passed BV ISO9001: 2008 QS validation performed by Bureau Veritas in 2010, and in 2011 DFN also passed the supplier qualification audit performed by VESTAS, and then became the global qualified supplier of VESTAS for flange. In April of 2011, DFN passed the on-site audit performed by the experts from national special equipment testing research institute, and succeeded to get the production license of pressure pipeline unit (forged flange).
So far, DFN is one of the largest and strongest ring forgings manufacturers in China. Main products are tower flange, slewing bearing, gear increaser and gear ring. Since its investment in August 2009, dozens of new products have been manufactured, and some fill the blank at home becoming import substitution products. Product quality and performance is capable of meeting or exceeding the level of similar foreign products, showing a promising future in both domestic and international market.
