Gateway Asian Sourcing Corporation has over twenty years of experience in plastic injection and die cast molds, exporting to both Europe and North America. And because we also specialize in exporting plumbing items, bathroom accessories, drains, PVF (Pipes, Valves and Fittings) and other related products, when coupled with our tooling development experience, Gateway has become one of the better-known OEM product producers for a number of brand names in Europe and North America.
In the past twenty-some years, Gateway has designed and produced high quality, multi-cavity and highly productive "Hot Runner" plastic injection molds, receiving accolades from customers such as Syracuse, PMC, Banjo, Jacuzzi, A&S etc. Our molds comply with global design and production standards; Coupled with highly skilled mold-makers, mold trials and First Article Inspection Reports, our customers can rest assured that when they receive the molds that it is ready for production.
Our personnel are highly trained and experienced in other production processes such as die casting, EVA molding, stamping, gravity casting, forging and sand casting. We are also very familiar with machining processes and other finishing techniques such as electro-plating, painting and powder coating, as well as assembly and packaging processes.
When it comes to plumbing products, Gateway specializes in various kinds of plastic and metal valves, fitting, couplings, drains, faucets / showers, sinks, toilets, etc. We understand various European and North American industry standards and most of our products are certified with UL, NSF, UPC, CAS, etc.
