Global Braking System Cangzhou Co. Ltd(Global) is located at Nanpi county, Cangzhou city with area of 33, 400 square meters, specialized in R&D, manufacturing and sales of disc pad, truck lining, shoe brakes, train brakes, motor brakes and metal stamping parts etc. Product model is one of the most complete one in China, has covered all the car models for the brake pad manufacturers to provide one-stop service for whole braking system.

Presently Global's capacity for brake pad is about 10 million sets per year with more than 2, 500 items, which are widely used on Passenger Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle. Meanwhile, Global also has the volumes such as guide frame(5 millons sets), back plate(5 millons PCS), shim(90 millons PCS), accessory(90 millions PCS), vehicle brake pad kit(5 millons sets), brake shoe kit(6 millions). Global produces for international brands like FBK, GELOBO, BEIKAI etc as high level brakes, and sells to the 45 countries in the world, including EU, Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia. Now Global becomes one of the main brake friction manufacturers in the world, conforming to the OE standards.

Global gives high investment on lab equipment for R&D, and testing. The key testing equipment were imported and can test every process/part, which makes the quality is in line with the international standards. Production machines were all imported from Taiwan and Japan, and Global passed many international certification such as ISO9001/IATF16949, E-MARK of EU, JIASO C406, JIS D4411, SAE J2522 and SAE J661.

Global has an experienced friction material formula development team. With FBK more than 40 years brake pad formula R&D experiences and cooperation with worldwide testing labs in Malaysia, Japan and Korea, FBK formulation has been updated from the original single Japanese formula to the customized formula per customer request with characters of low noise and dust, high friction coefficient, long mileage and good braking performance.

As the parts for Global brakes are all developed and produced by internal companies such as backing plates, accessories, brake shoes and molds, the product quality and delivery can be fully under control and meanwhile the cost also becomes more competitive in the market.

Transportation of Global location is fast and convenient, which leads to logistic cost is of good advantage. The 2-hours logistic circle includes the Tianjin Port of 160KM with 2 hours driving, Tianjin Binhai International Airport of 175KM with around 2 hours driving, and national express way of 12KM, about 15 mintures.
