The company is a professional free forging company. It is equipped with the workshops and physical & chemical inspection centers of free forging, stock preparation, machining and heat treatment etc. It owns a strong technical force consisting of more than 100 people. Among them, there are 4 senior engineers, 8 mechanical and electrical engineers and 37 other kinds of technicians. The company is professionally engaged in the production of free forgings with various kinds of carbon structural steels, alloy steels, bearing steels, stainless steels, spring steels, tool steels, &special steels, rough & precise machining and heat treatment of the products.
Furthermore, the company can independently design, produce and machine related moulds. At present, the company has the forging equipments of 8T, 3T, 1T. In addition, it owns 10 sets of gas-firing forging & heating furnaces and 2 sets of material pick-off machines. The company has annual capacity of 20, 000 tons of forgings. The main forgings are Industries of petroleum machinery, engineering, harbor machinery, gear, reducer machinery, hydraulic machinery and wind generating set etc. The company produces various kinds of gears, shafts, washers, sleeves, rings, flange, steel cylinders, crankshafts, blocks and isoforms.
