At present. Our factory has over 188 staffs which include more than 50 intermediate and senior technicians.
Our factory owns advanced high-speed nut shapers(11B-33B)imported from Taiwan, cold heading equipments (M6-M30)which include the newly-imported large M30 cold heading equipment, and professional hot strike equipments(M30-M200), which is used for the professional production of Chinese standard nuts, high-strength nuts(6, 8 and 10 level of fine pitch nuts), bright-drawn nuts, new Chinese standard nuts, hexagon flange nuts, lock nuts, nuts of DIN, BS and ANSI standard, dedicated anti-theft nuts on electric power, and customized non-standard fasteners and dbnormities. Our products are widely sold throughout the country, and we exported them to countries in North America, Europe, East Asia and Southeast Asia, such as Japan and the area of Taiwan, etc.
With powerful technical force, advanced production facilities, and excellent technology, Fuqiang has been engaged in manufacturing fasteners for about 20 years, LED by the Employees Training Center. The Physical&Chemical Measuring and Testing Center subordinate to the technology center owns a complete set of late-model and perfect testing equipment mainly used for a series of technical inspections such as checkout of hardness, elongation test, chemical analysis of materials, mechanical property test, physical property test, no defect test, anticorrosion property test and measuring tool test. Our company carries out scientific research to control and improve the product quality.
