K & J not only operate a brick and mortar operation but have a team of 10 QC managers to fulfill their task in our workshop. Our responsible QC is tracing the orders from the beginning to the end at each step. We can easily to figure out what's the problem and move on without delaying the shipment. Since we are also the raw material manufacturer, undoubtedly we have the first advantage on pricing.
