We oversee the production process, reducing costs where possible and make sure that goods are produced on time and are of good quality. We analyze our vendors' personnel and resources to select the best methods to meet your production goals. We then monitor the process to make sure it stays on schedule and correct any problems that may arise.
While monitoring these processes we are always looking for ways to improve the efficiency of the production process. We are very flexible and react quickly to our clients' changing demands and requirements. We work in conjunction with our Quality department to implement QA/QC programs to maintain required quality levels.
We can also offer design and engineering services custom built toward our clients specific requirements. We have a vast contact network and can easily put together a team to meet most requests.
Our production, quality and engineering sections are a mix of expatriate and local staff with many years of experience in China sourcing and manufacturing. We know the market and use that knowledge to obtain the best quality and best pricing for our clients.
