Kunshan Changfa Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. Is located between Shanghai and the Suzhou cities. Our company put into production and become one of the four large aluminum processing enterprises in the preparation of establishment in 2002. Our company was equipped with brand-new equipment and possessed a fixed asset of 5 million US dollars at that time. Our company covers an area of 21, 600 square meters and there are 120 employees. Our annual output of aluminum alloy products is 8, 000 metric tons.

Holding advanced equipment, our company has already formed a complete set of production line for aluminum alloy processing from melting, extruding to heat treatment. We possess 3 hydraulic pressure machines of 2, 500MT, 1, 650MT and 1, 250MT, 2 rising and drawing machines of 500MT and 100MT, 2 pressure straighteners of 200MT and 150MT, 3 sets of large, middle and small straighteners, 1 set of 10m equality furnace, 10m aging furnace, 18m and 10m high-standing style quench furnace, 2 sets of son-and-mother furnace for melting, physical and chemical inspection instruments and other auxiliary equipment.

The semidiameter of the stick is 5-260mm and the semidiameter of irregular sheet is 8-260mm with different wall thicknesses. Our main products are 2A12 (taking 2A12 alloy pipe material, stick material and board material as core) 6061, 6082, 7075, 7A04, 7A09, 2A50, 2A14, 6063, 5A05, 5A02, 1060, 2023, 2014 and other aluminum alloy trademarks. They are widely used through the country in electronic, instrument, medical, spinning machine, aviation, shipping, machinery, war industry and other fields.

Specializes in 2A12, 6061, 6063, 2A50, 2A14, 7075 and other various alloy models with annual output of 30, 000 metric tons aluminum alloy molding bars. Applying advanced production techniques, these products are molded in once on the basic of original secondary molding, which makes aluminum alloy products better in quality and improve the performance of oxygenation.
