Tangshan kerun chemicals Co., Ltd. is renewed from the original tangshan fengrun petroleum resin factory and tangshan fengrun new star petroleum resin factory. Our company has been a large private company producing petroleum resin products after three years' development. Our company covers an area of about ten hectares with construction area of 4, 217 square meters. Our registered capital was 10 million RMB and up to oct. Of 2007, our total assets have reached 47.85 million RMB, including 21.32 million RMB of fixed assets and 21.52 million RMB of circulating assets. We have 42.84 million RMB of net assets. There are 137 employees and 90% of them are senior management talents and scholars with bachelor degrees.
