We can produce grey casting, ductile iron casting, alloy casting and so on.
Now the annual production capacity can be 12, 000ton, we can produce the biggest casting in 45ton.
Casting Products: For lathe: Lathe bed, base, working table, spindle box, slidding bottom, column for all kinds of lathes. For cars: Brake disc, brake rim, hub, pump lid, pump body. For hydraulic casting: Valve body and valve cover and so on. For electric system connection machine: Copper casting.
It is one of the early experienced machined mills in our city. It has got the mechanicalmanufacturing and casting technology for 50 years. We have the strong technical force and development ability for the market's casting requirements. We have built the platform for the domestic and international digital link by using familiar two-dimensional and three-dimensional. Equipments: Cupola furnace, electric furnace, resin sand mixing machine, used sand recycling machine, heated core box shooter and so on. Production technology: Wood resin sand, resin sand lost foam, VAC-sorb lost foam, green-sand mold.
We have got the complete physical and chemical inspection equipment and metering equipment, including Metallographic microscope, mechanical properties of tensile machine, matter inspection analyzer, and a full set of chemical test instruments. There are not only OperatingOffices, Production Plan Department, Quality Inspection and Managing Department, Engineering and technical Department, Financial Management Department, but also big parts workshop, small parts lost mold workshop, electric furnace workshop, molds workshop, heat treatment shop, tools workshop, core making shop and so on. We passed the ISO9000 certificate of quality system andgot ISO9001: 2000 system certificate in July, 2006. We upgrated successfully in July, 2009.
