Dalian Chunyang Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. ("Chunyang" for short) is located in Yangjuan Industrial Park, Gezhenpu Town, Ganjingzi District, Dalian, the city beside the mountain and around the sea, with convenient traffic. Gucheng Machinery Factory of Zhuanghe City and Hengli Casting Co., Ltd. Are affiliated with Dalian Chunyang Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Our company manufacture bottom knockout pull-type veneer reeling machines, 10MN-100MN high-speed forging oil presses, large hydraulic stations, reduction gears, and hydraulic cylinders. In addition, our company is also able to carry out the welding, special welding, machining and assembling of large-scale steel structures for smelting and power generation.
In 2012, according to the market demand, we developed metal cylinder cold pressed forming technology with thick wall and small diameter as a characteristic product. Now we serve for many domestic companies, and have achieved good economic and social benef its.
In 2013, Dalian Chunyang International Trade Co., Ltd was established with the right of independent import and export, which is affiliated to Dalian Chunyang Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Our mainly customers are distributed in Japan, Germany, South Korea, Australia, India, United States and European countries etc.
Chunyang now boasts 200 odd employees (including 40 odd technicians), floor space of nearly 70, 000 square meters (including a construction area of nearly 40, 000 square meters), 8 workshops, and 3 open-air lifting fields.
Chunyang now has 4.6× 10m CNC planomiller, 160 CNC floor-type borer, 3600× 100m veneer reeling machine, 2.5× 16m CNC horizontal lathe, 50 lathe, 20 lathe, 100 radial driller, 800T hydraulic press, 6× 24m CNC flame cutter, 2500× 50 veneer reeling machine, electric welder, and a total of 18 overhead cranes (10T-75T).
