A novel generation of nucleic acid detection technology independently developed by our team, denaturation bubble-mediated strand exchange amplification (SEA technology), is in the leading position in the field. SEA technology has been developed in response to the demand for point-of care testing of nucleic acid which integrates three innovative R& D achievements of RNA/DNA targets, isothermal amplification, and rapid identification together, the results can be readout in 30min by fluorescence or color comparison. It has a wide application prospect in the fields of medical health, food safety, inspection and quarantine, environmental monitoring and animal epidemics.

A number of advanced nucleic acid rapid detection methods with patents granted have been successfully established.

1, Food safety series

More than 20 innovative detection kits for food safety have been developed, including on-site detection kits of pathogenic bacteria and foodborne pathogens. The operation process of the product is also simpler, only a constant temperature device is needed, and the cost is lower.

2, Animal disease test

At present, in the animal disease detection field, the Canine parvovirus nucleic acid detection kit has been interviewed, and the results can be readout by color comparison.

3, Human disease series
