Main businesses of the company include food additives and ingredients, edible and daily use chemical flavor spices, pharmaceutical and pesticide intermediates, functional chemicals and bulk chemicals, and it mainly serves the customers in the fields of food and beverage, daily consumption, medicine and health, agricultural environmental protection, advanced manufacturing industry, etc. Its famous downstream customers include major food, beverage and flavor spice companies. The predecessor of the company was Lai'an Chemical Fertilizer Plant, which was founded in 1974. The joint stock company was established in 2006 and listed on the SME board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange on July 7, 2011 with the stock code of 002597(ISIN: CNE1000015C4).
