Zhongshan Haihui Metal Products Co., Ltd, the successor of Foshan Haihui Metal Products Co., Ltd, was established in 2000. Owing to steadily increasing businesses and expanding production scale, we relocated to our newly- built factory in Nantou, Zhongshan in 2011.
After more than 10 years, Haihui Co. Has become a well-known manufacturer of ball bearing slides and hinges in China. At present, the company has more than 1, 000 experienced employees, out of which 200 are technicians and administrative staff and possesses advanced automated production equipment such as hundreds of advanced punching machines and 200 automatic assembling machines which can deliver an annual production of 20 million sets of ball bearing slides and 50 million pieces of hinges.
Haihui adheres to the principle of quality. We formed a well-trained QC team to closely monitor every stage of the production from raw material input to finished products. In addition, slides cycle testers, hinge cycle testers, salt spray testers and other testing facilities are also equipped for scientifically controlling the quality. Our products have been certified by standard test institution.
Not only experienced technical team and tooling factory can meet customers' demand for our existed products but also offer good solutions and designs as well as produce new products based on customers' customization.
