This is our One Stop Sourcing services to our customer-- Once we got an product enquiry from our customer, we can carry out engineering design, manufacture, purchase and then assemble various parts into the product conforming to the customers' requirement.
Our extrusion facility can supply extrusions of different sizes in various alloys. The most common are 6063, 6061, 6463.
With eight extrusion presses (450T, 3x600T, 2x 800T, 1000T & 1250T), we have an annual capacity of over 19, 000T
Equipped with various kind of fabrication machines, we can provide an extensive fabrication services including precision cutting, punching, milling, grooving, tapping, bending, CNC machining etc.
Our in depth experience and knowledge of the requirements of USA and European market allow us to render the fullest satisfaction to our customers. Our quality engineers understand the importance of good quality and consistency of keeping the good quality. Their quality control during the production process and final pre shipment inspection ensure all the shipped product meet with the quality requirement specified by the customers consistently.
