Runshi's products mainly include diamond micro powders and diamond tools, primarily serving industries such as ultra-precision ceramics, optical materials, third-generation semiconductor substrates, and metal processing materials for grinding and polishing, covering a wide range of service areas.

Runshi is committed to the research of high-end PCD and PDC, diamond wire cutting powder for photovoltaics and sapphire, as well as grinding and polishing powders for third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide substrates and hard and brittle materials. In 2023, Runshi invested in establishing Henan Xinrunshi New Materials Co., Ltd. In Zhongmu, focusing mainly on the replacement of imported micro powders for high-end composite wafers and the research and processing of diamond materials for semiconductor CMP conditioners and composite heat dissipation materials in subsequent selective procedures. The production base and R&D center are equipped with advanced testing equipment such as Maikeike, Kurt, Oumeike, ICP, SEM, and professional personnel to provide customers with standardized and professional data testing.
