Haituo Law Firm is a partnership law firm approved by and registered with Beijing Municipal Department of Justice. We aim to provide quality and efficient legal services to our clients at home and abroad.

The Firm includes six partners and more than thirty full- and part-time lawyers. All of them are graduates from renowned law schools or schools of economics in China. Near half of them have obtained LL. M. Or pH. D degrees and some of them have received further systematic legal training in the law schools or legal institutions in the United States, United Kingdom or other countries or regions. Most of them have work experience in central government offices, judicial institutions or large scale state-owned enterprises before they pursued their career as a lawyer, and therefore, have accumulated much experience in legislation, judicial practice and enterprise management. We have established strong connections with the legislative bodies and government agencies and good cooperative relationship with law firms in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Singapore as well as Hong Kong and Taiwan.

In order to ensure the quality of our service, we have also invited specialists or scholars in the fields of finance, construction, real estate, international trade and intellectual property to work as advisors.
