It is also the first company in the country specializing in the development and production of process machines and appliances suited for gems, glass and stones.
Our company owns a professional R& D team, who continues to study foreign excellent technology with the purpose of introducing the world's most advanced cutting, grinding technology, and follows green earth and energy saving to develop and manufacture high-precision, high-efficiency, high-quality products. In the new energy and processing hard and brittle materials, we follow the idea of producing, study and research to produce ultra-fine diamond cutting wire. It promoted the new energy industry and the development of cutting super hard materials. This project uses the concept of ultra-fine cutting, which greatly improved the production rate in process of crystal slices, reduced cutting width, improved face accuracy and surface finish, particularly reducing the pollution. The product is a special technique to manufacture large-diameter silicon crystal slices in IC industry and produce sapphire in LED industry. This cutting wire is applicable to a variety of multi-wire cutting machines, including: Takatori, Meyer Burger, Diamond wire Technology. LLC etc., and a variety of domestic multi-wire cutting machines.
