Kaito international Industrial Co., Ltd. Was founded in 1966, has more than 49 years of history. To meet the development demands, the Hong Kong's manufacture plant moved to mainland Fenggang, Dongguan, China.
With the changing times in 2012, established Kaito International Co. Ltd. And relocated to fengguang, Dongguan., partners with Dongguan wadetool steel., Ltd.
Now, the modern plant accounted for 2, 000 square meters of land, our processing is strictly according to ISO 9001, ISO / TS 16949, QC 080000, UL, RoHS, and REACH international certification respectively. The increased amount of investment was more than 10 million Hong Kong dollars. The existing engineer and tooling technician are about 110 persons, the annual production of mold about 400 sets. The production staff have more than 150 people.
Our main business is making plastic injection moulds, die casting moulds and produce the product. We can provide moulds to a broad spectrum of industries: Automotive, Family appliance, Consumer electronics, and etc.
Our Engineering Department has the latest technology to keep up with design changes on the fly.
We have a number of different CAD/CAM platforms which enables us to startdesigning a mold directly from your electronic part files regardless of format.
Our Designers get involved in the early stages of your project without any fee and screen your project to be sure that it fits our capabilities. We develop a proposal for building the mold and work with your staffto gain consensus on the best approach to manufacture the part toassure that it will meet your expectation and fit within your budget and time constraints
No Drawing? If all you have is a sample part and concept we canreverse-engineer your actual part and create an electronic drawing for you. Not ready to invest in a mold? No Problem. If you have an electronic 3D Model, we can provide you with a plastic model part in just a few days. We have plenty of resources for rapid prototyping techniques such as3D printing and Stereo Lithography(SLA).
Our toolroom is fully equipped to build all our molds in house. This enables us to reduce delivery lead times and to quickly turn aroundany tool modifications you may have. Our staff of highly qualified moldmakers are continually being trained inmaximizing the benefits using thelatest in modern technology. Using the latest CMM equipmentour mold makers are able to verify that your mold is built to precise tolerances.
Our molding department gives us the ability to mold a wide range size of parts including insert molded parts. Using a variety of plastics from commodity resins to custom engineered blended resins, we can meet your design needs for any application. We have the ability in house to mold a wide variety of different custom products.
Our quality department is fully equipped to perform the following services in-house:
• Complete First Article Inspection Report
• Capability Studies
• Gauge Reproducibility & Repeatability Studies
• Statistical Process Control
• Failure Mode Effects Analysis
• Process Validation Studies
