Tiaxing Xiqiao Roller Factory

Taixing Xiqiao Rolls Factory is located in the beautiful riverside city of the Taixing. The rolls factory was established in 1995 and is a professional roll manufacturer integrating production, research and development and sales. Its products are widely used in grain milling machine, feed processing and edible oil processing mill, chocolate and cocoa bean grinding machine, beer malt grinding, salt mill, printing machinery, rubber refining machinery (press roller), calender machinery (roller cover) and multi-purpose high temperature roller (ductile iron roller) and metallurgical roll.

In the development and production of rolls, Xiqiao Roll Factory constantly pursues the high performance and stability of products with the work attitude of excellence. In 2004, the factory adopted advanced international formula and process technology to manufacture vanadium and titanium alloy rolls. In 2009, after being reviewed by famous experts in the national grain industry, the vanadium and titanium alloy grinder roll was commented on as having advanced international technology with low hardness and high wear resistance. Its main features include wear resistance, power saving, heat resistance, and less deformation. These rolls can increase the economic benefits of customers, enhance competitiveness in the flour market, provide effective aid to realize the win-win target, and match the imported flour facilities such as BUHLER, GBS, and OCRIM.

In 2013 and 2023, respectively together with Henan University of Technology and Wuxi Buhler, they jointly drafted and formulated the Chinese and English national standards of "grain and oil mechanical grinding rolls"
