We specializes in manufacturing precision mechanical parts, mould components, precision fixtures, clamps, stamping parts, bending parts, tube welding and metal fabrication, Non standard automation equipment. These products are widely used in hardware, plastics, electronics, medical equipment, optical communication, cars and many machinery industry areas.
The factory occupies more than 5000 square meters. Having over 370 employees, there are 35 engineers including mechanic engineers and electrical engineers and process engineers. Meanwhile we have all kinds of advanced production equipments and testing instruments. CNC machine, Slow wire cutting, milling machine, Grinder, automatic lathe, EDM and so on.
Concerning the quality control, we have established a whole set of management system, ISO9001-2000 certification was obtained in 2005, TS-16949 certification in 2010. There are 38 QA inspectors including IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC. Strictly control all links from incoming materials inspection, In process quality control, Warehouse-inspection to Outgoing quality control. Inspection equipments including CMM, X-Y table, Height gauge, Projector and so on.
In order to know production process clearly, we implemented the WIP process Control system in 2007, so control the lead time meet to customer's requirement. We own many famous clients from domestic and foreign, Such as TDK, GE, Hitachi, Kone, Emerson and so on.
