An economical alternative to laser and water jet cutting, stamping, punching or wire EDM, our chemical etching machining capabilities allow us to quickly change the design of a part just by changing the design of the tool. This inexpensive and quick tooling makes our services ideal for prototyping, allows for easy changes in mass production.
Our advanced chemical milling machines can maintain dimensional tolerances without creating burrs or sharp edges and can work with many commercially available metals or alloys of any hardness with a thickness from 0.0005″ To 0.040″ .
