It has a total investment of over 9600 million yuan (RMB), covering an area of 45000m2, with a total construction area of 25000 m2. It turns out annually 15000 tons of metallurgical rolls and rings, which are of 7 types in more than 30 varieties.
The factory production process is reasonable advanced manufacturing testing equipment and excellent product characteristic: The liquid metal used in roll production are melted with electrical furnace. All rolls are centrifugally cast. The liquid metals are exactly weighted with help of electric scale. High speed analysis is available for checking the chemical composition of all melt metals. All the rolls using resistance furnace for heat-treated to eliminecte roller stress. The factory has more than 100 sets of various kinds of processing machines, such as lathes, millers, grinders, drills(including numeral controlled lathes), It also has advanced analyzing and testing apparatus such as ultrasonic tests and metallographic tests.
