Form-In-Place Gasketing (FIP)
With numerically controlled robot system, we supply gasket dispensing to satisfy the growing demands for high-speed, high volume applications for conductive elastomer seals to metal or plastic housings. It is used numerously for cellular hand-sets, PC cards, notebook computers and other tightly packaged commercial electronic devices.
Metallized Fabric Over Foam Gasket (FOF gasket).
Consisting a metallized fabric jacket over a highly compressible foam core and a PSA tape backside, FOF gasket is a user-friendly and cost-effective solution for shielding application. With imported equipments and technologies, Mindar China manufactures this kind of gasket locally, not only for standard profile, but also for any customized requirements.
Other EMI/RFI shielding material
Beryllium copper finger gasket, electrically conductive elastomer, wiremesh gasket, foil tapes, conductive adhesive, conductive coatings, shielding vents & windows are within our business range. All of them are in compliance with the requirements of UL FCC CE CSA VCCI.
