Plastic PVC ID card laminating machines are also called card laminators, card lamination machines, and card fusing machines.
Used to make plastic smart cards. Such as PVC cards, ID cards, VIP cards, membership cards, bank cards, credit cards, loyalty cards, and Inlay cards.We have different kinds of card laminating machines.
1. Used for the production of plastic PVC ID smart cards.
2. Function: Heat press and then cool press plastic PVC sheets, Inlay sheets.
3. Applicable materials (sheets): PVC, ABS, TESLIN, PC(polycarbonate), PET, PETG sheets. PCB boards, FPC boards.
4. Hydraulic pressure.
5. Electric heating.
6. Water circulation cooling.
7. Lamination press platens size / Applicable sheet size: Different models have different sizes: A4, A3, A3+, etc.
8. Control method: According to different models, there are two types: (1). Normal electrical control. (2). PLC automatic control.
9. Lamination press platens material: No.45 steel or Aluminum alloy, Optional.
