Our streamline organization structure enables us to achieve an unsurpassed quality standard while maintaining a highly competitive cost benefit. Our manufacturing facilities, which occupy more than 100, 000 sq. M., are equipped with the latest automated production and testing equipments, and we are currently employing more than 3, 000 staffs.
Our factory operates 24 hours a day, and is equipped with over 100 molding machines, over 100 stamping presses and 12 assembly lines to produce GPS, HDTV receivers, set-top boxes and more. We have a monthly capacity of 450, 000 units, and can deliver orders of 2, 000 units in as fast as 14 days.
With our commitment to quality, our company is certified with ISO 9001: 2000(E) and CE marks. Our products are all CE and FCC certified. We are also RoHS Directive compliant.
We have implemented Total Quality Management system to ensure efficient production with zero defect rates. Our QC department is involved in every aspect of the production cycle, starting from product development, procurement, manufacturing, and all the way to customer service. We are able to achieve an AQL of zero for all critical items.
Our highly efficient service is why more than 90 percent of our customers keep coming back to us. And we're proud of the fact that our very first customer is still with us today - after 27 years.
