The r & d team is headed by the experts from guangdong initially introduced innovative science research team and the research centre for wide band-gap semiconductors of peking university. The principal shareholders include dongguan sinonitride semiconductor technology Co., Ltd, dongguan guangda group, and peking university. Sinonitride focuses on semiconductor substrates e. G. Gan substrate, gan/al2o3 composite substrate, and patterned sapphire substrate, and the facility manufacturing e. G. Micor-area laser lift off machine which produces the mentioned substrate materials. Guangda group known as a property developer in dongguan is the principal investor.
