Introduction:
Used in nodular iron of rare earth magnesium ferrosilicon alloy nodularizer, after it joined the molten iron can play ball, desulfurization, go to the gas, the role to improve casting water purity, also with arsenic, zinc, lead, low melting point impurity such as iron works to generate low melting point does not melt in compounds, eliminate impurities, prevent damage spheroidizing interference elements.

Product usage:
The nodulizing agent can save heat treatment (normalizing) process.YQZ - 1 ~ YQZ-4 for production of QT600-800 marks cast iron.
YQZ - a ~ YQZ - c for casting small or thin wall castings.
Use nodularizer processing temperature is 980ºC~1180ºC Advisable, addition amount to 1.4-1.8%.

Tips: We can according to customer requirements, customized various content of nodularizer.
