As the market demand is increasing rapidly and in order to be more competitive in semiconductor supply, in 2000, our company established a modern manufactuing base in Shanwei City, Guangdong province, China.

Our major products are silicon controlled rectifiers, triodes, and diodes. The thyristors include: TRIACS and SCR, eg: From BT131 to BT139 series; From BTA04 to BTA80 series; From BT151 to BT169 series. And some other part numbers.

All our products conform to EU RoHS Directive, 2002/ 95/ EC and their complementary directive of 2005/ 618/ EC. The products are mainly sold in Southeast Asia, Europe and the United States, such as China(including Hong Kong and Taiwan), Singapore, American, South Korea and Malaysia.

We bring in advanced manufacture equipment as well as advanced technologies from Japan, and is a semiconductor manufacturer with complete facilities for production.
