1).All the orders usually can be shipped within 1-3 working days. For large quantity and OEM orders, it is about 7-30 working days.
2).Shipping to worldwide by DHL,UPS,FedEX,TNT,EMS etc, delivery time is 3-7 working days, ocean shipping according to quantity and customer's request.
3).The price does not include taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. To ensure you pay minimum tax, we will declare the goods with low value.
 
 
Return
1).For any reason, you are not satisfied with the items, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days after you received your item and you will undertake the return shipping cost.
2).We will process your return request within 2-5 days after we receive the item.The returned order must be unused and in their original condition.

2.How can I make payment?
Western Union, MoneyGram, Paypal, Bank Transfer (T/T) etc can be avaliable 
 
3.When will my order be delivered after I make payment?
Generally 1-3 days after receive your deposit.

4.Must I pay for the Custom Tariff when I import my order?
To ensure you have low custom duty, generally lamp unit price 5-10USD/piece will be written on shipment invoice when delivery.
If you have any requirement of the value, please let us know timely after you place the order.
Buyer reposible for all customs duty/tax.

 
5.Can I return if the goods not available?

Warranty & Return:

180 Days warranty from the purchased date. Please E-mail us before returning the any item.

1) All products will be tested before delivery.
2) Return items should include the original packaging and all accessories which it have previous.
3) Normally any quality problem, please return us within 1 week's time. Buyer pays the return postage.
4) Only defective product can be exchanged. Exchange/replace item need to be in same condition as we shipped out. 
No exception. Please make sure the item have NO man-made sabotage, otherwise, refund/exchange request will be rejected.
 
6. To Russia Customers
a.)DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT is not available for Russia.
b.)Receiver's full name is very necessary for delivery, includes three parts: first name+ middle name +last name 

7. To Brazil Customers
If you choose DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT 
a.)Receiver's CPF NO. is very necessary
b.)There is strict inspection from Brazil customs, real value (same as the order amount) will be shown on DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT's invoice not 5-10$ per lamp which was mentioned before.
c. )if the forwarder accept the under value on the shipment invoice ,we will help you do it .
