The use and maintain of the saw blade
1\The carbide tip of saw blade is very sharp, so process of using should be prevent the carbide tip.
2\Periodical cleaning and support the machine, the spindle's running tolerance must be less than h7.
3\The flanges must be parallel to each other, must be of the same diameter 1/3 of the saw blade's diameter (thin flange's diameter should be equal to saw blade's half of diameter)
4\When install the saw blade, it shall be 5-6 teeth higher than board surface.
5\Before operation, check the firmly of the saw blade, be sure nobody in front of the machine. Do not feed of operation check whether the machine is good for operation. Periodical check the function of the machine, the radial run-out is between -0.02mm and +0.02mm, and the maximum deflection between -0.01mm and +0.01mm.
6\After continuous use must be removed and cleaning the saw blade, get rid of the resin and sawdust of the saw blade of both sides. Otherwise it would be influence the saw blade's using.
7\Deposit of the saw blade, must not be layer the saw blade, it is putted in the original package inside.
