B. Roll forming machine 1 set
The size of profile changed by spacer way.
Forming steps: 22 stations with entry guide stand. Each station consist of 2 sets of roller around 2 shafts one up and one down.
Main machine base is assembled by high class and precise welding treatment.
Transmit system: The motor drive the reduction gearbox changes over to the forming rollers simultaneously. Driven by gear and chain
Main machine motor: 7.5 KW; 380V, 50Hz
Forming roller: Complete set of 13 stations.
Roller's specification: Cr15 steel, the surface of roller been fine polished; Hardness up to HRC55-57.
